Course Description

The Art of Airbrush™ Tanning Professional Certification Course by Alicia (the “Course”) is an educational training program offered by Sunkiss Airbrush™ By Alicia, owned by Alicia Puentes and located in Woodbury, New York. The Course teaches professional cosmetic airbrush tanning techniques and may include written lessons, downloadable guides, PDF training materials, and instructional video demonstrations delivered digitally following purchase through Square.


Certification Requirements

Students must complete both a written examination and a practical demonstration to receive a Certificate of Completion. Written Examination: Students must demonstrate understanding of airbrush tanning fundamentals, client consultation, skin preparation protocols, and safety procedures. Practical Demonstration: Students must bring a live model and demonstrate proper consultation, safety procedures, and the airbrush tanning technique taught in the Course.


Certification Disclaimer

The Certificate of Completion confirms that the student has successfully completed the training requirements of the Course. The certificate does not constitute a professional license and does not replace licensing requirements imposed by local, state, or national authorities.


Professional Responsibility and Insurance Requirement

Students intending to perform airbrush tanning services must obtain professional liability insurance and any other insurance required for their business operations. Before receiving certification, students must provide proof of insurance coverage. Students are solely responsible for their professional services, compliance with laws, and maintaining appropriate insurance.


Client Safety and Consultation Requirements

Students must conduct proper client consultations prior to performing services, including review of skin condition, health history, and allergies. Students should ask clients about nut allergies including walnut allergies where applicable. Patch testing and appropriate protective measures should be used when necessary.


Use of Course Content

Course materials are provided for personal educational use only. Students may use the knowledge learned to perform professional airbrush tanning services. Students who successfully complete certification may represent themselves as: “Certified by The Art of Airbrush™ Tanning Course by Alicia.”


Intellectual Property

All course materials including written documents, training videos, guides, demonstrations, and educational content are the intellectual property of Sunkiss Airbrush™ By Alicia. Students may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, sell, or teach the course materials or methods as their own training program.


Security and Account Access

Course access is for one individual student only. Sharing login credentials or providing access to others is prohibited. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of course access and possible legal action.


Confidential Information

Course materials may contain proprietary information and training methods. Students agree not to disclose confidential course content or proprietary methods to third parties.


Media Release

Students may appear in photographs, videos, or testimonials related to the Course. By participating, students grant permission for Sunkiss Airbrush™ By Alicia to use such materials for educational or promotional purposes. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to course materials has been granted.


Purchase and Online Commerce

Payments for the Course are processed through Square, a third■party payment processor. Course access is granted after full payment is processed. Pricing may change at any time without notice.


Communication Guidelines and Professional Conduct

Students must communicate respectfully with instructors and the academy. Harassment, abusive behavior, or defamatory statements may result in termination of course access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.
